Riyadh – Mubasher: Abdullah Al Othaim Markets announced the resignation of its CEO Yousef Al Gafari, due to the personal reasons.
The resignation has approved to be effective from 27 December; Al Gafari will continue as a non-executive member in the board, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.
The company's board appointed Abdulaziz Al Othaim as the new CEO as of the aforementioned date.
